Ceist:318 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Labour the reason for the delay in the payment of redundancy to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.

My Department experienced some difficulty in obtaining the necessary information required to establish the amounts of redundancy lump sums due to employees of the company concerned in this case. The redundancy entitlement of the person named in the question was issued to him on 9 June 1992.
