I propose to take Questions Nos. 35, 48, 49, 56, 58, 66 and 239 together. I refer to the reply to Question No. 96 of 30 April 1992 in which the terms of reference for this study are outlined. The study, which was of approximately three months duration, was carried out by Environmental Resources Limited, in association with the UCD Environmental Institute at a cost of £48,000. The study will be published as soon as possible.
