Ceist:111 Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the way in which a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6 can qualify for naturalisation.
I propose to answer Questions Nos. 110 and 111 together.
The position is that the statutory provisions governing the granting of a certificate of naturalisation are set out in the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Acts, 1956 and 1986 (No. 26 of 1956 and No. 23 of 1986).
