Ceist:

67 Mr. G. O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Defence if he has any plans to sell or dispose of any property such as land or buildings over the next 12 months; and, if so, if he will identify these properties.

I propose to circulate in the Official Report a schedule of properties which are (a) in the process of being sold and (b) being prepared for disposal as soon as possible.

Schedule

(a)Sales Agreed Two officers quarters, Leopardstown Avenue, Stillorgan, Dublin; house on Bere Island, County Cork; portion of FCA premises, Manorhamilton, County Leitrim; 20 married quarters (remainder of purchase scheme).
(b)Proposed for Disposal
Seven acres Fort Camden, County Cork; five acres Cornamagh, Athlone; Furious Pier, Castletownbere, County Cork; old Cavan Barracks site, Cavan; 1.2 acres, Arbour Hill, Dublin; caretaker's House, Ballincollig, County Cork; 12 acres, Ballincollig, County Cork; two acre plot and married quarters at Coastguard, Crosshaven, County Cork; three houses — Bere Island, County Cork; four acres at Ticknock, County Dublin; old FCA premises Aughabullogue, County Cork; 157 acres at Knockalisheen, County Clare; FCA site at Calry, County Sligo; lands at Dunree, County Donegal.
