Ceist:

111 Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications if, in view of the long-standing dispute between Aer Rianta and the community of St. Margaret's, County Dublin, regarding compensation for noise levels arising from the new runway, she will confirm that both parties have made their submissions to Eolas; and if she will outline when these residents can expect a resolution to this dispute.

I can confirm that both parties have made submissions to Eolas in regard to the matter to which the Deputy refers.

I understand that Eolas are now evaluating the submissions received and hope to complete their work in the next few months.
