Ceist:65 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice if he will expedite the issue from the Land Registry, of an approved scheme map to Cork County Council in response to recent correspondence (details supplied).

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the scheme map in question was approved on 27 October 1992, and Cork County Council was notified by letter on the same date.
