There are seven persons employed in my constituency office, two of whom are on a job sharing basis. The grades of the persons involved are:
1 Executive Officer
1 Personal Secretary
2 Clerical Officers
3 Clerical Assistants (Typists) (Two Job Sharing)
The Personal Secretary in my constituency office is employed on a contract basis.
