Ceist:86 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Finance when a tax rebate will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer's most recent employment ceased on 21 August, 1992. He applied to the Revenue Commissioners for a repayment of tax on 23 September, 1992. The repayment due to him on 18 September, 1992 i.e. £167.50 issued to him on 15 October, 1992.
He applied for a further repayment on 20 October, 1992. This repayment amounts to £110.20 and he will receive this before 10 November, 1992.
If he remains unemployed he may make a further application for repayment of tax on 13 November, 1992.
