I am at present considering a submission and a petition from the townspeople of Lifford requesting that the Office of the County Registrar for County Donegal be retained in Lifford, rather than be moved to the new courthouse in Letterkenny. I will make a decision on the matter when I have the opportunity to fully consider all of the implications of the various options available to me and when I have considered the various representations made to me on this matter.
