Higgins asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if it is proposed to include the restoration of the railway link from Collooney to Claremorris as part of the North-South Western rail link from Sligo to Rosslare (details supplied) and as a project in the State's application for structural and cohesion funding from the European Community; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
