Vol. 427 No. 2

Written Answers. - St. Patrick's School, Gardiners Hill, Cork.

Bernard Allen

Ceist:

209 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Education if she will upgrade St. Patrick's School, Gardiner's Hill, Cork; and when a decision will be made on this following the submission made by that school.

Máirín Quill

Ceist:

219 Miss Quill asked the Minister for Education the position in relation to the replacement of a school (details supplied) in County Cork; if she will authorise commencement of work in this financial year in view of the structural condition of this school; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

It has not been possible to include the ungrading of St. Patrick's School, Gardiners Hill, Cork, in the 1993 second level programme because of other demands deemed to be of a higher priority which had to take precedence. It will continue to be considered for inclusion in the programme in the light of available resources and other commitments and priorities.
