Ceist:166 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Education the educational provisions which are being made for a student (details supplied) who is difficult and who at present does not attend school.
Written Answers. - Educational Placement.
The difficulties associated with the placement of the child in question have only recently been brought to my Department's attention.
My Department is at present awaiting a psychological assessment from the Eastern Health Board in order that the Department's Inspectorate can investigate the question of the child's educational placement.
I will inform the Deputy of the outcome of these investigations as soon as possible.
