Jim Mitchell
Ceist:94 Mr. J. Mitchell asked the Minister for Defence if he will make a statement on the recent construction of a building by the Army on the banks of the River Liffey at Chapelizod, Dublin 20 without planning permission, apparently for the purpose of providing a premises for an Army Rowing Club; if the building is a temporary structure; if, in view of the recent High Court decision in the Mullaghmore case, he will seek retention permission for the building; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
