Ceist:101 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will pay arrears of suckler cow premium to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim.
The person named claimed EC suckler cow premium in 1990 on a bullock. Under EC Regulations he must be refused all suckler cow premium for 1990 and debarred from the 1991 suckler cow scheme. He applied for EC suckler cow premium in December 1992 and that application will be processed in due course.

Ceist:102 Mr. E. Kenny asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be paid a beef premium; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
This person was paid his grants under the June 1992 special beef premium scheme in late February 1993. His December 1992 application under this scheme will be processed in due course.
