Ceist:114 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a beef subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Payment of grants under the 1992 special beef premium scheme to the person named was delayed pending the resolution of a problem relating to an invalid ear tag number. This problem has now been resolved and if his application is found in order at the computer validation stage payment will issue shortly.
