Ceist:21 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will provide the necessary funds to enable stage 4 of the Listowel Regional Water Supply Scheme, County Kerry, to go to tender immediately and commence in 1993.

This scheme is being considered in the context of Structural Funds for the period from 1994 onwards. I cannot give a specific undertaking to approve the scheme at this stage.
