Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment if he will introduce amending legislation and/or a constitutional amendment Bill to allow persons who are entitled to vote in general elections to Dáil Éireann the right to vote in constitutional referenda since a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 was refused it in the recent abortion referendum.
