101 Miss Flaherty asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform if he has received the report of the human rights foundation on legal aid services in four countries; and, if so, if he will make a statement on the finding that Ireland's legal aid scheme performs abysmally on all indicators.

I have not received a copy of the report to which the Deputy refers. Accordingly, I am not in a position to comment on its content.
