20 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Finance if he will have arrangements made for Dáil Éireann to be consulted on the Government's draft national development plan before this is submitted to the EC for approval for funding.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 20, 24, 34, 35, 48, 56, 62 and 117 together.

The Government will consider the most appropriate form of debate when it has completed its work on the plan.
