212 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications the reason he is refusing to provide funding to the ESB which would allow a person (details supplied) in County Cork to have an electricity supply installed.
The application for aid referred to by the Deputy has been approved by my Department. As soon as the applicant is contacted by the ESB and has accepted the terms of supply, the applicant will then be placed on the ESB work programme for the connection of supply.
