I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 20 (3) (a) and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Crowley — the proposed plans for the provision of a new primary school at Tullylease, Charleville, County Cork, as the existing conditions are unacceptable to parents, teachers and children; (2) Deputy Harte — the delay caused to the County Donegal Football Team supporters at the Aughnacloy British Army Border checkpoint on their return from the national league final, which caused inconvenience and resentment to many people; and the need for better arrangements to be made at all checkpoints on occasions such as the one in question; (3) Deputy O'Donoghue — the need for the Minister for Health to allocate sufficient funds to enable a reasonable speech therapy service in County Kerry; (4) Deputy Noonan (Lim-erick East)— the arrangements, if any, she intends to make to ensure that 160 children in County Limerick who have been refused places in second-level schools have the necessary places provided to them; (5) Deputy Deenihan — the failure of the Government to provide funding for a kidney dialysis unit at Tralee General Hospital, County Kerry; (6) Deputy Byrne — the one-third reduction in the grant-aid available towards harbour development and coastal erosion on the south-east and east coasts; (7) Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív — the need to provide funding for the provision of extra geriatric beds in Merlin Park, Áras Mhic Dara, Carraroe, and Clifden Hospitals in County Galway; (8) Deputy Doyle — the need for the Minister of State with responsibility for the Office of Public Works to give assurances that the designation of Wexford Harbour as a special protection area for birds will not interfere with current usage to allay the fears of many groups in relation to future use of the harbour area; (9) Deputy Molloy — whether grant approval will be given for the Lakeshore Road group water supply scheme, Oughterard, County Galway, for which tenders have already been received; and if he will make a statement on the matter; (10) Deputy Quill — the action she intends to take in the light of the decision by the Irish Universities to seek a fee increase for the upcoming academic year; (11) Deputy John Bruton — the possible health hazard to students and teachers from asbestos dust in Dunshaughlin community college, the independent verification of this, and the financing of any necessary remedial measures; (12) Deputy Sheehan — the serious situation obtaining in south-west Cork arising from the action taken by the Cork MMDS Company which has resulted in the withdrawal of community television service from residents; (13) Deputy Jim O'Keeffe — the new developments in relation to community television in Cork south-west and, in particular the latest threats to the continuation of the service in the Clonakilty and Bandon areas; (14) Deputy De Rossa — the judgement of the European Court in the Cotter and McDermott case given on 13 March 1991 regarding the entitlement of certain women to social welfare alleviation payments and the failure of the Department of Social Welfare to make payments to other women in similar circumstances except where legal action is initiated; (15) Deputy Finucane — the need to define the future of the Stella Maris Convent, Foynes, County Limerick, in order to allay fears in view of its refusal to accept students for the 1993-94 academic year and also in view of its impending closure in 1995; (16) Deputy McManus — the report of the McGuinness inquiry into the Kilkenny incest case; and the need for the Government to act on the recommendations of the inquiry and to speed up implementation of the Child Care Act; and (17) Deputy Shatter — the position of relatives of Bosnian refugees currently in Ireland; and whether these relatives will be allowed entry to the State.
