Ceist:114 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance the up-to-date position regarding the sale of land (details supplied) to the Office of Public Works in County Cork.
Written Answers. - Sale of Land.
The land in question was purchased by the Commissioners of Public Works in 1983 with right of way across adjoining property for drainage purposes. Proposals to relinquish these rights in favour of an alternative wayleave are under consideration by the Commissioners, in consultation with the Chief State Solicitor's Office.
