Ceist:

140 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive a reply from the Unfair Dismissals Tribunal in relation to a hearing which was held over two months ago.

The Secretary of the Employment Appeals Tribunal has informed me that the Order of the Tribunal in this case is expected to issue to the parties concerned before the end of this week.
