Ceist:164 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the problems (details supplied) in relation to the connection of companies in the port area of Drogheda, County Louth, regarding the Drogheda Corporation Interceptor Sewer Project and to the fact that the main contractor is by passing existing companies when it would be cheaper to combine the work by connecting all existing companies; if he will accept the proposal; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
