78 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received an application for the upgrading and extension of a sewage disposal system for Donegal town, County Donegal; if so, the date the application was received; the stage planning is at; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A revised preliminary report for this scheme was received in my Department in March, 1993, and the necessary environmental impact statement is now being prepared by Donegal County Council.
