Ceist:169 Ms McManus asked the Minister for the Environment if he will allocate funds to provide a library headquarters for County Wicklow at Ballywaltrim in Bray, County Wicklow.

A preliminary proposal for approval in principle for the provision of a new library headquarters and branch library in Bray is being examined by my Department and a decision will be notified to Wicklow County Council as soon as possible. The question of making a financial allocation does not arise at this stage.
