Ceist:54 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the concluding details of the annuities with the Land Commission promised in 1992 will be made available to a person (details supplied) in County Clare.

As the Land Purchase Annuity payable by the person named is less than £20 it has been written-off in accordance with the terms of the Government decision to assist land annuitants. Accordingly no further instalments of Land Purchase Annuity are payable by the person named.
