209 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment when permission will be granted in respect of the application at St. Finian's Park/Rathmullen Park, County Louth, for the closure of the alleyway; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I approved of the Order made by Drogheda Corporation extinguishing the right of way between St. Finian's Park and Rathmullen Park on 12 March 1993. Drogheda Corporation were informed of my decision by letter dated 15 March, 1993.
