Ceist:219 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment the reason he has not yet approved the Carysfort/Maretimo surface water improvement scheme which was submitted by Dún Laoghaire Corporation in early 1991; if his attention has been drawn to the considerable additional problems of drainage in the area arising from the major housing development on the Carysfort lands; if his attention has further been drawn to the danger of flooding in the area; and if he will now grant Dún Laoghaire Corporation approval to prepare contract documents and to proceed to tender.
