227 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for the Environment the number of local authority houses sold in Cork city in each of the last three offers; and the average prices paid for each dwelling.
My Department's Annual Bulletins of Housing Statistics, copies of which are available in the Oireachtas Library, give the number of dwellings sold annually by local authorities. As the administration of tenant purchase schemes is a matter for individual local authorities, details for each area of the number of dwellings sold under particular schemes and of average prices paid are not available in my Department but should be available from the local authority concerned.
