375 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Education if a student grant or a portion of a grant will be paid to persons (details supplied) in Dublin 5 as they will both be entitled to these grants following a decision of one of your predecessors.
I understand from Dublin Corporation, the body statutorily entrusted with the administration of the higher education grants scheme in this case, that it has no record of receiving applications for grants from the persons in question. If they submit grant applications, Dublin Corporation will consider them in the usual way in accordance with the terms of the relevant schemes.
