Ceist:433 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Education when work will commence on the provision of a new vocational school at Johnstown, County Kilkenny; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

The provision of a new vocational school at Johnstown, County Kilkenny was included in the 1993 post-primary capital programme. Tenders have been received and are being assessed by my Department. A contract will be placed immediately this process has been completed.
