Ceist:461 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Education if supply panels of substitute teachers have been established; the location of these panels; and the number of teachers operating on each panel.
Written Answers. - Substitute Teacher Panels.
Three separate panels of supply teachers have been established as a pilot project for the 1993-94 and 1994-95 school years. The pilot projects are located in Ballymun/Finglas, Limerick city and in Ballina/Castlebar.
Ten temporary teachers are employed in each of these panels.
