I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 20 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Upton — the need to provide appropriate residential care for a person in Dublin 12; (2) Deputy Flanagan — the high level of dissatisfaction throughout counties Laoighis and Offaly regarding the MMDS multi-channel television system and the problems faced by consumers; (3) Deputy Jacob — when funding will be made available to proceed with renovation and extension works at St. Kevin's National School, Glendalough, County Wicklow, in view of the urgent needs of this school as identified by the Irish National Teachers' Organisation.
All three matters are considered to be in order and, accordingly, have been selected.
