87 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Finance if he will have arrangements made to have a wall erected between the Garda Station and houses in a town (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I am advised by the Commissioners of Public Works that the construction of a wall between the Garda Station and houses in question is a condition of a sale, by the Commissioners to the house owners, of a strip of ground at the rear of the Garda Station.
It will, accordingly, be a matter for the purchasers, who are being offered the sale to improve access to their properties, to erect the requisite dividing wall.
