96 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice when the Land Registry will be in a position to clarify when a first registration will be confirmed for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick as the person is anxious to sell the property and the purchaser is anxious to move in; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application in question is for First Registration and was lodged in the Land Registry on 31 March 1993.
I am also informed that the Land Registry issued a number of queries in relation to the application to the applicant's solicitors on 29 July 1993. The application cannot be processed further until the queries have been satisfactorily discharged.
