Ceist:89 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a person (details supplied) in County Cork is the registered owner of land purchased from the Land Commission.

The legal formalities in this case were completed by the Land Commission some years ago. The documents necessary for the completion of registration are lodged in the Land Registry under Schedule Numbers 87923, 87924 and 90246. The registration of these Schedules is now a matter for the Land Registry Office.
