Written Answers. - Grant Payments.

Enda Kenny

Ceist:

93 Mr. E. Kenny asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a cattle headage grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.

My Department is unable to trace any applications from the person named for grants under the 1993 cattle and equines headage, suckler cow premium or the 1992 or 1993 beef premium schemes.

Enda Kenny

Ceist:

94 Mr. E. Kenny asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the remainder of a cattle headage grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.

It is expected that final instalments under the 1993 cattle and equines headage scheme will be paid in February and March 1994.

If the application of the person named is found to be in order he should be paid at that time.

Jimmy Deenihan

Ceist:

95 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a headage grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

The application of the person named for grants under the 1993 cattle and equines headage is being processed at present and if found in order payment will be made in the near future.

A 60 per cent advance payment under the suckler cow premium scheme as provided in European Union regulations will be paid shortly.

Michael Creed

Ceist:

96 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a person (details supplied) in County Cork has been paid his 1992 suckler cow grant.

The person named was paid his grants under the 1992 suckler cow premium scheme in early December 1993.

Michael Creed

Ceist:

97 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be paid his suckler cow grant.

Assuming the application of the person named for grants under the 1993 suckler cow premium scheme is in order, a 60 per cent advance as provided in European Union regulations will be paid shortly.
