Ceist:114 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health if he has satisfied himself that all appropriate and necessary medical procedures were adhered to in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 7, following a failed sterilisation in view of the fact that this person has since received medical advice that a scan should have been availed of to ensure that the pregnancy was not ectopic.
