Ceist:146 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if there is grant assistance available to meet the cost of renovations to, or repair of houses of historic importance.
Written Answers. - Renovations to Historic Houses.
Grants may be made with my approval by the National Heritage Council for, inter alia, projects designed to conserve the architectural heritage. The council assesses each application made to it and recommends the proposals it considers should be supported, having regard to the limited funds available for this purpose.
