109 Mr. Harte asked the Minister for the Environment the number of shared ownership applications received by each local authority in each year since the scheme was introduced; the numbers which have been approved by each local authority; the number which have been refused; the number still being considered; and if he will give his reply by tabular statement.
The information sought up to and including September 1993, in so far as it is available to my Department, is provided in the Department's Housing Statistics Bulletin for the September Quarter 1993, copies of which are in the Oireachtas Library. Figures for the whole of 1993 will be published shortly in the Annual Bulletin for 1993. As the administration of the shared ownership scheme is a matter for the local authorities, the number of applications which have been refused or are under consideration at any time are not available in my Department.
