Ceist:74 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs if an official of the Irish Embassy in London intervened and asked Aer Lingus not to honour a promise to carry shamrock to London to facilitate two British Members of Parliament who planned to distribute it to other members of the House of Commons as a goodwill gesture on St. Patricks Day; if so, the reason for such intervention; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
