Ceist:

70 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Social Welfare arising from his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 67 of 3 February 1994, the outcome of the investigation carried out by the Pension Board; and the further action, if any, he intends to take.

I understand that the investigation the Deputy refers to is still in train. I have asked the Pension Board to communicate with the Deputy when its investigation of the matter is completed.
