104 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice the reason for the delay in regard to the registration of a property at Ballycahan, Kilcock, County Kildare, in the name of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
I indicated in reply to the Deputy in response to his previous Question (No. 133 on 22 March 1994) about the dealing referred to that the application was lodged in the Land Registry on 15 February 1994 and that the appropriate registration would be processed in due course. I am informed by the Register of Titles that the present position is that certain queries have issued to the applicant's solictor on 25 March 1994 and that a response is awaited.
