Ceist:108 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice if she will review the practice of advertising trailers of adult videos on children's video cassettes.

When the provisions of the Video Recordings Act, 1989 requiring all new videos to be submitted to the Film Censor for certification and classification are brought into operation by regulations which I shall be making very shortly this matter will be dealt with. A video which is given a resticted age classification by the Censor will not be permitted to contain any material which is deemed suitable for adults only.
