Ceist:130 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health if the report on Madonna House, Dublin, will be published; and, if so, when it will be published.

I presume the Deputy is referring to the report of a team appointed by the Sisters of Charity to review the operation of Madonna House following allegations of misconduct against some members of staff at the home. I understand that the team has not yet completed its work. There are ongoing legal proceedings arising out of the above allegations which will influence the publication of the report when it is completed.
