88 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will make a statement regarding the accuracy of information being supplied by his officials on the special inquiry telephone number to Deputies concerning headage payments.
The information provided by my Department on foot of headage and premium queries to the inquiry unit is the most up to date available to the unit at the time of its provision. I am sure that the Deputy will appreciate that where problem cases are involved, the situation with regard to a particular application can change quickly.
