Ceist:154 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will examine the case of a person (details supplied) in County Waterford whose entitlement to headage payments under the disadvantaged area scheme for 1992 was disallowed whereas the following year it was agreed that his lands were in the disadvantaged area and payment issued; and, in view of the circumstances, if payment for 1992 will be granted.
