Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) Bill, 1994: Order for Second Stage.
Bill entitled an Act to extend and confirm the protection afforded to lessees of dwellinghouses by the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) Acts, 1967 to 1994 and, in the interests of the common good, to provide for a statutory fee simple for all lessees entitled to purchase the fee simple of their land (being a dwellinghouse) by virtue of the provisions of the said Acts, to amend in other respects the law of landlord and tenant, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
