I move:
That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the European Communities Act, 1972, so as to provide that the Treaty concerning the accession of the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom of Sweden to the European Union shall be part of the domestic law of the State.
